Lasse Zenz

Lasse Zenz is an experienced Project Manager specializing in Operational Excellence, currently working at yfood Labs since November 2022. Prior to this role, Lasse served as a Junior Consultant at Implement Consulting Group, where key projects included optimizing operations for a cutlery manufacturer and reducing spare parts lead time for a gearbox manufacturer.
