Robert Gott

Robert Gott has extensive work experience in the field of product development and innovation. Robert is currently the Director of Laboratory Operations at YG Laboratories. Prior to this, they served as the Chemistry Innovation Director at Earth Friendly Products, where they led the R&D team in developing new formulations and improving product testing capabilities. Before that, Robert was the R&D Formulation Manager at Fleet Laboratories, where they led the team in developing new technologies for the Summer's Eve line, including a Night-Time product line that was recognized as one of the top ten breakthrough products in 2015. Robert has also worked at GOJO Industries as a Development Manager and Principal Scientist, where they were responsible for developing new technologies in hand sanitizers, moisturizers, and hand cleansers. Additionally, Robert has experience as a Product Development Manager at Alberto Culver and Unilever, where they supervised global product development teams and collaborated with various departments to introduce new products and maintain existing ones. Robert Gott earned a Bachelor's degree with a Certificate in International Engineering from the University of Cincinnati - College of Engineering and Applied Science, where they studied Chemical Engineering from 1989 to 1994. Robert later pursued further education and obtained an MBA in International Business from Fairfield University from 1999 to 2003.
