Brian Naqica is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in leading development teams and creating complex software solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at Yield Solutions Group since April 2021, Brian manages a team of ten offshore developers in building a document system for refinancing auto loans, utilizing technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, and AWS services. Prior experience includes leading a team at DaVita Kidney Care to develop features for an Electronic Health Record system and migrating applications to microservices architecture. Brian has also contributed to a Fortune 250 Company's Order Management system at Acumen Digital and served in various software development roles in the healthcare and education sectors. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a Bachelor of Education in Mathematics from the University of the South Pacific.
