Metin Oktay is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the energy and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as Vice President for the CIS Region at YILDIRIM Group of Companies since April 2018, Metin is responsible for executing the company’s business strategy and operational leadership across production facilities. Prior to this, Metin held multiple director-level positions, including Director General for YILDIRIM Holding Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, where negotiation of significant power plant projects was achieved. Previous experience includes managing global business development and government affairs for YILDIRIM Group, as well as senior roles at Doosan Power Systems and Rolls-Royce, where customer relations and sales performance were directed. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Oxford and a DBA in Economics and Business, demonstrating a strong foundation in both management and analytical skills.
