Hamide Güven Şen

Hamide Güven Şen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Human Resources Executive at General Kimya. Hamide then joined Yıldız Holding in 2007, initially as a Recruitment Specialist and later as a Senior Human Resources Generalist. In 2009, they became a Human Resources Manager at Yıldız Holding A.Ş.(Medyasoft). From 2011 to 2015, they worked as an HR Business Partnership Manager at Avea. Hamide then moved to Turk Telekom in 2015, where they served as an HR Business Partnership Senior Manager until 2017. In 2017, they joined Yıldız Holding again, this time as a Human Resources Director overseeing several branches of the company.

Hamide Güven Şen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations from Kocaeli University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Hamide further pursued higher education at Bahcesehir University, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Ram Charan on Coaching High Potentials" from LinkedIn in 2020.
