Serkan Göktaş

Serkan Göktaş has a diverse work experience in the field of telecommunications and network management. Serkan currently holds the position of Cyber Security & Network Director at Yıldız Holding since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Turkcell as a Data Center Backbone Network Manager from June 2019 to March 2022 and as a Customer Operations Manager from January 2016 to June 2019. Serkan also has experience working at Turkcell Superonline as a Technical Support Manager and Senior Corporate Technical Support Data Engineer from August 2012 to January 2016. Additionally, they worked at Koc.net (VodafoneNet) as a Corporate Network Specialist from June 2008 to August 2012, at Turbonet Internet Service Provider as a Network Engineer from May 2007 to December 2007, at S&T Turkey as a System Support Engineer from September 2006 to May 2007, and at Turk Telekom as an intern in Mobile Systems from July 2004 to September 2004.

Serkan Göktaş has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Electronics and Communication from Marmara University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Electronics and Communication Education at Marmara University from 2001 to 2006. Serkan also attended Sabanci Anatolian Technical High School for Electronics. In addition to their formal education, Serkan Göktaş has obtained various certifications, including those in ITIL and leadership skills, from institutions such as Linux Academy, Udemy, and Coursera.
