Fezal Okur Eskil serves as a Board Member for UN Global Compact Türkiye and an Executive Board Member at Yildiz Ventures since June and October 2023, respectively. In addition, Fezal holds the position of Chief Strategy, Business Development and M&A Officer at Yıldız Holding since July 2021 and has previously directed strategy and business development at Kordsa. Fezal has extensive board experience with Teknosa and SabancıDx and has held senior roles at Sabancı Holding and Enerjisa. A graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology with an MBA and MSIE in Business and Industrial Engineering, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi University, Fezal's career in corporate strategy and business development spans over 15 years, exemplified by experiences at Philip Morris and Sabancı Holding.
