İrem Bulut

İrem Bulut is currently serving as the Global Legal Director at YILPORT Holding Inc. since March 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Legal Manager at YILDIRIM Group of Companies from January 2020 to March 2024, and as Legal Supervisor and Senior Legal Counsel at SOCAR Türkiye between February 2017 and December 2019. İrem Bulut began a legal career at Roche as a Legal and Compliance Specialist from May 2015 to February 2017, preceded by a tenure at GSI Goksu Safi Isik Attorney Partnership, where responsibilities included Managing Senior Associate, Senior Associate, and Associate from September 2009 to May 2015. Academically, İrem Bulut holds a Certificate in Law from Yale Law School (2009) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Istanbul Bilgi University (2009). Early education was completed at Galatasaray Lisesi (2005).
