Jincai Yang

Jincai Yang has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 1996, they worked at Philips & Yaming Lighting as an engineer and later became a production manager and unit manager. In 2006, they moved to ITW Paslode as an engineering manager, where they focused on developing technical competence and managing capital investment projects. From 2011 to 2013, Jincai served as the plant general manager at Trayton Furniture. Jincai then joined Cummins Inc. in 2015 as a sourcing manager, responsible for defining key partner suppliers and outsourcing power gen MFP lines. In 2016, they joined Zhejiang Yinlun Machinery Co., Ltd as a marketing staff member and later became the vice director of strategy & resource planning and BU Vice General Manager. Finally, in 2018, Jincai joined Yinlun TDI, LLC as the operations manager, followed by roles as the director of CEO office and director of sales & engineering.

Jincai Yang earned a Bachelor's degree in Inorganic Material from East China University of Science and Technology in 1993. Jincai went on to obtain a Master's degree in Materials Science from the same university from 1989 to 1996. Jincai Yang also holds an MBA in Management from Fudan University, which they completed from 2004 to 2007.
