Emil Floman

Emil Floman currently serves as the Director of Strategy & Development at YIT, focusing on group strategic planning and M&A portfolio oversight since September 2022. Previously, Emil held the position of Head of Strategy at Finavia from January 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities included strategy development and implementation. Emil's consultancy experience includes roles as Manager at BearingPoint, where the focus was on digital transformation, and as a Manager and Senior Consultant at Magenta Advisory prior to its acquisition by BearingPoint. Additional consulting experience includes positions at Eera, Booz & Company, and involvement in educational initiatives at Tieto and Aalto University. Emil Floman holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Aalto University, an MBA from Iowa State University, and completed Executive Education in Management & Leadership at Yale School of Management.
