Pasi Kailasalo

Pasi Kailasalo currently serves as Senior Vice President at YIT, an urban developer and construction company, since October 2023. Prior to this role, Pasi was the Chief Executive Officer of TerraWise Oy from August 2020 to November 2022, and held several leadership positions at Destia Oy from August 2004 to July 2020, including Executive Vice President overseeing the Road Services and Eastern Finland Business Units. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Project Manager at Destia Oy, Facility Manager at Elisa from January 2001 to July 2004, and Production/Site Manager at Lemminkäinen from May 1992 to December 2000. Pasi holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from LUT University and an Engineer’s Degree in Construction Engineering from Wärtsilä Technical School, along with an Advanced Management Program certificate from Harvard Business School Executive Education.
