Gregory Wilson

Gregory Wilson, NACD.DC, serves as an Independent Director at Pentegra Retirement Services, a provider of retirement plan and fiduciary outsourcing solutions, since July 2024. Additionally, Gregory is a member of the CNBC Technology Executive Council and has been the Chair of the NOM/GOV for INTRUSION, Inc. since 2021. With extensive experience in information security, Gregory has held positions as Chief Information Security Officer at both Docupace and Putnam Investments, and previously at Pioneer Natural Resources Company. Earlier roles include Head of Information Security at 1st Global and IT Security & Compliance at TPG Global, where significant improvements in compliance and cost reductions were achieved. Gregory’s educational background includes a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's in Public Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, complemented by training at Harvard Kennedy School.
