Richard N. currently serves as the AppD Engineering Leader at Cisco, overseeing product engineering for AppD SaaS and On-Prem within the Cisco-Splunk organization since September 2024. With broad experience in cybersecurity and operations, Richard has held roles such as Venture Advisor at YL Ventures, CISO and Head of Security & Operations at AppDynamics, and VP of Customer Success at vArmour, where leadership focused on minimizing security risks in cloud environments. Additionally, Richard contributed as a Board Member for the Retail Cyber Intelligence Sharing Center and was previously CISO at Gap Inc., combining strategic and operational aspects of security throughout his career.
