Shiloh Shaeffer

Shiloh Shaeffer, Chief of Staff at YL Ventures, manages operations at the firm’s Silicon Valley office and leads all U.S. logistical efforts for the firm.

Shiloh provides key support to the firm’s executive team and drives strategic initiatives to help elevate company culture and employee well-being, human resources and staffing processes, as well as support the firm’s U.S. events coordination. She provides value-add support to the firm’s portfolio companies by managing communications, logistics and meetings with the firm’s Venture Advisory Board and portfolio board of directors.

Prior to YL Ventures, Shiloh managed support operations in the real estate and architectural fields, including: property development, graphic design, marketing, land use planning, entitlements, financing, and transactions. Shiloh has launched several start-ups in the fitness and food industries and continues to serve them in an advisory capacity.
