Jennifer Kalbaugh

Jennifer Kalbaugh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and construction. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at The Christman Company since January 2023, Jennifer previously held the role of Project Manager at Shelco, LLC, and has a background in teaching as an Adjunct Instructor at Guilford Technical Community College. With significant previous experience as a Group Fitness Instructor at the YMCA of Greensboro since 2009, Jennifer's career spans various roles, including Structural Engineer at Triad Design Group Inc. and Facility and Construction Manager at Advanced Home Care. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Master's Degree in Construction Management from Western Carolina University.
