Rhonda Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rhonda currently holds the role of President & CEO at the YMCA of Greensboro since 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Vice President and COO at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte from 2017 to 2019.
From 2012 to 2017, Rhonda was the President & CEO of The Community YMCA, where they implemented a strategic plan that resulted in significant revenue growth.
Before their tenure at the YMCA, Rhonda worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Cathedral International from 2003 to 2012. Rhonda was responsible for managing the organization's operations and negotiating corporate contracts and partnerships.
Rhonda also gained experience at Cathedral Community Development Corporation as the Chief Operating Officer from 2002 to 2003. During this time, they spearheaded projects, improved operational policies, and achieved cost savings.
Earlier in their career, Rhonda worked at Johnson & Johnson as a Manager Business Solutions, IM from 1999 to 2002, and at Pearson as a Market Manager from 1996 to 1998.
Rhonda began their professional journey at Johnson & Johnson from 1989 to 1996, where they served as the Director of Johnson & Johnson Business Management, overseeing product development and business planning.
Rhonda Anderson completed a Bachelor's degree in Communications at Cornell University. Rhonda then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Penn State University.
