Joel Sieplinga

Joel Sieplinga has extensive experience in camp management and program development, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Camp Tecumseh YMCA since January 2007, where oversight of all program departments ensures high-quality experiences for campers, staff, and guests. Previous roles include Associate Executive Director and Summer Camp Director, where responsibilities included budgeting, staff management, and program growth. Prior experience at Lattof YMCA saw Joel increase camper enrollment and implement various youth programs, and earlier roles at Grand Rapids YMCA and Calvin College involved educational instruction and technology management. Joel holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Recreation from Calvin University.
