Louise Curd

Louise Curd is an experienced education and arts professional currently serving as the Director of Lifelong Learning at YMCA Derbyshire since May 2021 and as a Painter at ReFashOn since August 2020. Previously, Louise held various leadership roles at By Design Group, focusing on program direction, and at Derby College, where responsibilities included strategic leadership across multiple curriculum areas, enterprise, and innovation, with managing a £14 million budget. Earlier positions at Derby Tertiary College involved leadership in Creative Arts education. Louise's academic background includes a Post Graduate Certificate in Management, as well as degrees in Education Management and Interior Design from De Montfort University and Birmingham Institute of Art and Design, respectively.
