Alexis Williams

Alexis Williams is an experienced sports management professional currently serving as the Association Regional Sports Director at YMCA of Austin since September 2022 and previously held the position of Assistant Sports Director at YMCA of Greater Houston from July 2018. In this role, Alexis focuses on enhancing sports programs, improving parent engagement, and ensuring program quality, while also managing staff training and equipment inventory. Additional experience includes internships and roles with the University of Houston, NCAA, Houston Rockets, and several management positions at 5 Star Sports Academy and REACH Stretch Studios. Alexis holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration from the University of Houston, along with an MBA in International Business from Houston Christian University.
