Matthew Kohn

Matthew Kohn has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Matthew started their professional career in 2007 as a Professional Golfer on the NGA Hooters Golf Tour, where they managed himself and handled all financial and logistical responsibilities. In 2011, they joined Macy's as a Sales Associate and gradually progressed to roles such as Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager, and ultimately Sales Manager Multi-Department. At Macy's, their primary focus was on ensuring the right staffing, training, coaching, and recognition to drive sales and exceed metrics. Since 2015, Matthew has been working at the YMCA of Central Florida, starting as a Membership Coordinator and currently serving as Sales Director. Overall, Matthew's diverse experience showcases their adaptability, leadership skills, and ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
