Paula Anderson

Paula Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Paula began their career as an Employee Development Manager at the Lexington Herald-Leader in 1995, where they worked until 2004. Paula then joined Lexmark International, Inc. and held positions such as Manager of U.S. Benefits and Senior Manager of Employee Relations. In 2011, they became the Director of Human Resources/Corporate Communications at Lexmark International Inc. After leaving Lexmark, Paula worked as the Director of National Accounts at Wall Street Greetings from 2014 to 2016. Paula then joined the YMCA of Central Kentucky as the Chief Administrative Officer, later transitioning to the role of Chief Operating Officer, and currently serving as the President and CEO since September 2020.

Paula Anderson obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Kentucky between 1977 and 1981. Paula later completed another Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the same university, although the specific dates are not provided.
