Jill Black

Jill Black serves as the Vice President of Swim and Family Programs for The Y in Central Maryland, overseeing 17 pool operations and youth and family programming across 13 facilities in six counties since January 1998. Jill has developed and implemented numerous programs that enhance member experiences while previously holding various leadership roles such as Vice President of District Operations and District Executive Director, where Jill managed significant budgets and guided staff development. With a background that includes positions as Executive Director and Associate Executive Director, Jill has consistently demonstrated strategic leadership and operational excellence. Prior experience includes roles at Family Services, School Age Services, and the Antelope Valley YMCA, with an educational foundation in Recreation Management from the University of Oregon.
