Nia Jones

Nia Jones has a diverse work experience. Nia is currently working as the Senior Executive Director- Talent Acquisition at The Y in Central Maryland since March 2022. Nia also owns and operates their own company called On Purpose with Nia, LLC since November 2016. Prior to that, they worked at The Y in Central Maryland as a Human Resources Manager from June 2016 to June 2019. Before that, they served as the Director of Talent at KIPP Baltimore Schools from February 2015 to June 2016. Nia began their career as a Human Capital Specialist at Baltimore City Public Schools from August 2012 to March 2015. Nia also worked as a Program Associate at Baltimore City Teaching Residency from May 2011 to July 2012 and as a Research Assistant at Kennedy Krieger Institute from May 2010 to April 2011.

Nia Jones has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Morgan State University. Nia also has a Master of Social Work degree from the same university.
