Shanelle England BA, MSP is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in family and community services. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Family and Community Services for Baltimore City Head Start and Community School Coordinator Director at The Y in Central Maryland since February 2012, Shanelle has developed and overseen high-quality, developmentally appropriate programs while managing site finances and staff development. As Chief Executive Officer of England Enterprise since August 2020, Shanelle partners with various agencies to promote environments conducive to growth through training in Human Resources, Community, Youth Development, Self-Sufficiency, and Resiliency. Shanelle holds a Master of Science in the Psychology of Behavior, a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Community Development, and a Human Resource Certification, showcasing a robust educational background that complements professional achievements.
