Kathleen Russell

Kathleen Russell is an experienced leader in the YMCA network, currently serving as Executive Director at the YMCA of Central Massachusetts since July 2022. Prior to this role, Kathleen held the position of Branch Executive Director at the YMCA of Coastal Georgia, Inc. from November 2019 to July 2022, and previously worked as Membership and Marketing Director at the Canandaigua Family YMCA. Kathleen's professional background includes roles such as General Manager/Bar Manager at Consol's Family Kitchen and Sr. Wellness Director at both the YMCA of Buffalo Niagara and the YMCA of Metro Atlanta. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and Human Development from Binghamton University and an Associate of Science in Liberal Arts from SUNY Broome Community College.
