Josh Royce

Josh Royce has held various leadership positions in the YMCA network from 2002 to present, currently serving as President & CEO of the YMCA of Central New York since 2022, having previously held the positions of Interim President & CEO and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this role, Josh was the District Executive Director and Executive Director at the Central Connecticut Coast YMCA from 2012 to January 2022, and worked as the Associate Executive Director and Senior Program Director at the Keene Family YMCA from 2005 to 2012. Early career experience includes positions as Wellness Coordinator at Monadnock Family Services' In SHAPE Program (2003-2005) and Fitness Specialist/Sports Coordinator at the Keene Family YMCA (2002-2003). Josh has an MBA in Leadership from Franklin Pierce University and a BS in Health Science with a focus on Health Promotion from Keene State College.
