Penny Snell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and program development within the YMCA organization. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at YMCA of Central New York since January 2022, Penny has also held the position of Senior Vice President - Program Development & Growth and Vice President - Program Development & Growth. Prior to this role, Penny worked at YMCA Buffalo Niagara, progressing through various leadership positions including Vice President - Youth Development & Program Quality and Association Director of Child Care Operations. Penny's tenure at YMCA Buffalo Niagara began as Executive Director of the Lancaster Branch and earlier as Associate Executive Director, showcasing a strong commitment to youth development and program quality throughout an impressive career spanning over 17 years.
