Grace van der Ven, MBA, currently serves as a Consultant at CSR Talent Group, focusing on CSR, ESG, and Sustainability for Fortune 1000 companies. With extensive experience, Grace held roles such as Senior Associate at Blue Dot Capital, where support was provided to public companies and private equity firms in various sectors, including sustainable impact investments. As a Project Manager at Roux Associates, Grace led environmental projects, providing ESG strategy and disclosure support. Additional experience includes teaching assistant positions at Harvard Extension School and the Questrom School of Business, as well as an Assistant Property Manager role at Marston Beacon Hill. Grace holds an MBA in Energy and Environmental Sustainability from Boston University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geological and Earth Sciences from the University of Rochester.
