Hayley Yaffe

Director Of Family Support And Subsidized Services at YMCA of Greater Boston

Hayley Yaffe has extensive experience in program administration and directorial roles in the non-profit sector. Hayley began their career in 2003 as the Afterschool & Summer Enrichment Director at Lawrence Family Development Charter School, a position they held for five years. In 2008, they joined East End House as the Director of Youth Opportunities, where they served for one year before transitioning to the YMCA of Greater Boston. At the YMCA, Hayley held multiple roles, including Program Administrator/Operations Director from September 2009 to December 2014 and Director of Family Support and Subsidized Services from January 2015 to the present.

Hayley Yaffe completed their Master of Education (MEd) in Administration, Planning, and Social Policy at the Harvard Graduate School of Education from 2002 to 2003. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Vermont, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Hayley obtained certification as a Running Coach from the Road Runners Club of America in July 2019.
