Kimberly A. Bressi

Kimberly A. Bressi (Ziegler) is an experienced professional with a robust background in management and customer experience. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union and as an Aquatic Group Fitness Instructor at YMCA of Greater Brandywine, Kimberly previously held multiple leadership roles at Sallie Mae, including Vice President of Customer Care Contact Center and Vice President of Customer Experience, where responsibilities included overseeing contact center operations and driving customer experience initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Administration at Affiliated Distributors and various executive roles at Wilmington Trust Company. Kimberly earned an MBA from Wilmington University and holds a BAAS from the University of Delaware.
