Janet Collins

Janet Collins is the current director at YMCA of Greater Cincinnati. Prior to their current position, Janet was the president of GMi Companies from January 2010 to April 2016. While at GMi, Janet was responsible for leading strategic planning, building a culture of accountability, and improving various operational metrics. Under Janet's leadership, GMi Companies saw an increase in revenue and employee engagement. Additionally, Janet successfully launched the VividBoard business unit and rapidly increased its sales. As a result of their accomplishments, Janet was chosen to speak at high-profile industry events as one of a select group of thought leaders.

Janet Collins earned their BS BUS in Marketing from Miami University and their MBA from the University of Dayton.
