Sarah Giolando

Sarah Giolando is currently the Director at YMCA of Greater Cincinnati. Sarah has over 20 years of experience in marketing and consulting, with a focus on talent, organization design, and change management. Prior to their current role, Sarah was a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting, where they led talent, organization design, and change management initiatives for clients in healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing industries. Sarah has also held marketing strategist roles at The BISYS Group Inc. and BISYS Investment Services, where they developed distribution strategies for institutional money management functions and retail sales/packaged investment products. Throughout their career, Sarah has been passionate about helping organizations achieve their potential by leveraging the power of people. In their current role at the YMCA, they are able to continue this work by supporting the YMCA's mission of building healthy, confident, connected, and secure communities.

Sarah Giolando's educational career includes completing an MBA in International Business from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, a BBA in International Business from James Madison University, and a HS Diploma in German and Latin from Walnut Hills High School. Sarah has also completed Germany language instruction at Schiel Elementary.
