Igor Iovanovich

Igor Iovanovich serves as the Vice President of People, Culture and Belonging at the YMCA of Greater Grand Rapids since June 2023. Prior to this role, Igor held multiple positions at the YMCA of South Florida from August 2019 to May 2023, including Director of HR, Talent Acquisition and Leadership Development, Executive Director, and Associate Executive Director. Igor's experience also includes serving as Senior Program Director and Program Director at the YMCA of Sumter from November 2014 to August 2019, as well as Program Director and Program Supervisor at the Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA between September 2013 and November 2014. Igor holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Centro Universitário da Cidade.
