Joann Rountree

JoAnn Rountree serves as the Association Director of Community Outreach at the YMCA of Greater Monmouth County since June 2019, following a long tenure at The Community YMCA from October 1995 to June 2019, where JoAnn held various positions including Senior Director of Community Outreach and Youth Development Specialist. JoAnn's leadership encompasses direct supervision of staff, comprehensive evaluation of Youth Development programs, and strict budget management while promoting effective fundraising and cultivating community partnerships. With a proven track record of enhancing program enrollment significantly and overseeing curriculum for college readiness initiatives, JoAnn has also effectively managed recruitment events and implemented various youth programs, showcasing a commitment to community development and youth mentorship throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
