Teicia Gaupp is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic marketing and communications within non-profit and creative sectors. Currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing & Communications at the YMCA of Greater Monmouth County since August 2019, Teicia develops and executes comprehensive marketing plans to drive membership, program, and philanthropic growth. Prior roles include Director of Marketing at The Community YMCA and various leadership positions at JerseyMomsBlog.Com and Social T Marketing, where Teicia founded and designed digital strategies for local businesses. Teicia’s earlier career includes significant contributions at Avid Technology and Pinnacle Systems, where marketing strategies were developed for broadcast graphics. Teicia holds a BFA in Fine Arts with a marketing minor from Kean University.
