La-Vena Francis

La-Vena Francis is currently the Vice President of Field Operations at YMCA of Greater New York. Prior to this, La-Vena served as the Executive Director at YMCA of Greater New York-Ridgewood YMCA for over 18 years, holding various titles such as Membership & Healthy Lifestyles Director and Membership & Marketing Director. Before joining the YMCA, La-Vena worked as a Facility Specialist at The White House Office of National Drug Control Policy-The New York & New Jersey Region, where La-Vena was responsible for developing relationships between Community Based Organizations and the Armory Civic Center. La-Vena is a graduate of Brooklyn College and The City College of New York.
