Kj Senes

KJ Senes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social service training and community engagement. Currently serving as the Program Skills and Training Manager at the YMCA of Greater Seattle, KJ has effectively developed and managed a comprehensive training program for over 300 social service staff, facilitated Crisis Intervention Training, and led a team of certified trainers in de-escalation techniques.
