Samita V. is a seasoned professional in organizational development and recruitment, currently serving as Associate Leader for both areas at the YMCA of Greater Toronto since April 2022. Prior experience includes leading campus recruitment for Canada at Restaurant Brands International and various roles at PwC Canada, where responsibilities encompassed learning and development as well as campus recruitment across multiple domains. Samita's academic journey culminated in a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology & Health Science from York University.
