Laurie Schlitt

Laurie Schlitt has extensive leadership experience in the nonprofit and healthcare sectors, currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Development and Association Director of Strategic Development at the YMCA of Greater Waukesha County since May 2017, and previously held the role of Executive Director. Prior to this, Laurie was the Chief Executive Officer at the YMCA of the Northwoods from May 2007 to April 2017, and served in various capacities including Associate Executive Director and Membership and Marketing Director. Laurie's earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Administrative at Agnesian HealthCare and as an Assistant Buyer at Froedtert West Bend Health Center.
