William Walsh has a diverse work experience in the field of coaching and aquatics management. William started their career as an Assistant Pool Director at the New York Athletic Club in 2009 and later became the Aquatics Director at Bonnie Briar Country Club in 2011. William managed a staff of 15 employees and handled member services.

In 2013, William served as an Assistant Swim Coach at the New York Athletic Club, where they contributed to the development of swimmers. William then joined Club Fit in 2014 as the Head Age Group Coach before transitioning to the Gael Aquatic Club in 2015, where they worked as the Director and Head Coach until 2020.

During their time at Gael Aquatic Club, William coached and developed swimmers aged 6-18, and was involved in event planning and management. William also had a role as the Assistant Age Group Coordinator at the Gael Aquatic Club from 2008 to 2014, where they coached large groups of swimmers and assisted in event planning.

Subsequently, William became the Head Swim Coach at the Larchmont Shore Club in 2017, contributing to the success of the swim team. Finally, in 2020, they joined the YMCA of Greenwich as a Junior Team Coach.
