Nick Barlow

Nick Barlow has been working in customer service and management for over ten years. Nick started their career as a swim instructor and lifeguard, before moving into customer service management with Sports Authority. In 2016, they joined Burlington Stores, Inc. as a customer service supervisor. Nick currently holds the position of Membership Director at YMCA of Ithaca & Tompkins County. In this role, they are responsible for helping coach associates to provide a friendly customer experience.

Nick Barlow has an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Tompkins Cortland Community College in General Studies. Nick also has a certification from the American Redcross in Lifeguard Instructor.
