Mary Olds, MBA, has extensive experience in leadership and strategic development across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Relationships at the YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South since May 2018, Mary has held multiple roles within the organization, including Executive Director and Operations Director. In addition, Mary is the owner of Muggin Coffeehouse since April 2019. Prior experience includes positions at Target, where Mary excelled as Executive Team Leader focused on guest experience and sales, and at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, where responsibilities ranged from Director of Resource Development to Education Coordinator. Mary began professional endeavors as Program Manager at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chattanooga and later worked as Assistant Administrative Secretary at the Law Offices of W. Gerald Tidwell. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in English, Pre-Law from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and an MBA in Nonprofit Management from Marylhurst University.
