Morgan Millon

Morgan Millon is an experienced educator and leadership professional with a strong background in literacy and student services. Currently serving as the Memphis Literacy Conference Lead at the Memphis Literacy Institute and a Membership Associate at the YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South, Morgan excels in fostering member relations and creating inclusive environments. Previous roles include Literacy Specialist and Educator at Shelby County Schools, where Morgan achieved significant student performance improvements and served on the Instructional Leadership team. With additional experiences as a Student Success Coach, Program Coordinator, and Summer Programming Director, Morgan has a proven track record of managing programs and enhancing student engagement. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Wellesley College, a Master of Education in Urban Education from Union University, and a Specialist Degree in Reading from Christian Brothers University.
