Bill Petryszyn has a diverse work experience in various roles within the YMCA organization. Bill currently holds the position of Membership and Sales Director at the YMCA of Metro North since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director at Winchester Boat Club from March 2021 to October 2022. Bill also worked as the Director of Operations at the YMCA of Greater Boston from January 2018 to March 2021. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Executive Director at the Saugus Family YMCA - YMCA of Metro North from August 2015 to April 2017.
In their previous roles at the YMCA of the North Shore, Bill served as the Senior Member Services Director at the Ipswich Family YMCA from July 2011 to August 2015. Before that, they held the positions of Senior Member Service Director from February 2010 to July 2011 and Member Services Director from June 2004 to February 2010.
Before joining the YMCA, Bill worked as the Member Services Director at the Merrimack Valley YMCA - Andover/North Andover Branch from September 2000 to June 2004. Bill began their career as the Volunteer/Activities Director at the Scituate Council on Aging from August 1999 to September 2000.
Bill Petryszyn earned a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies from the State University of New York Cortland. Bill attended the university from 1992 to 1997.
