Hazelyn L. Etinoff possesses extensive experience in sales strategic operations and project management within the hospitality industry, currently serving as Manager of Global Sales Strategic Operations at IHG Hotels & Resorts since July 2021. Concurrently, Hazelyn teaches group exercise classes at the YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta. Previous roles at IHG include Manager of Enablement & Analytics and various managerial positions focusing on business process delivery, brand management, and franchise operations. An educational background includes a Project Management Certificate from Georgia State University, a Six Sigma Lean/DFSS Greenbelt from Aveta Business Institute, and degrees in Psychology and Business Management from Point Park University.

The YMCA of Metro Atlanta is an association of volunteers, members and staff, open to and serving all, with programs and services which build spirit, mind, and body. We serve more than 300,000 individuals with 21 full facilities, six additional program only sites and four childcare locations. The Y provides more than $5.5 million annually in financial assistance to support more than 25,000 youth, teens and families. The Y offers programs that serve kids, adults and families at all stages of life.
