Stan Kubis is an experienced technology executive currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at the YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta since 2021, where responsibilities include innovating and evolving the organization’s information technology strategy. Kubis also has advisory roles at Arreva and serves as President of SK Advisory Services, focusing on maximizing value from data and IT investments. Previous positions include Sr. Vice President and CIO at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, IT Portfolio Services Leader at ABB, and Director of Global IT Solutions at Plexus Corporation, among others. Kubis’ career began at Arthur Andersen & Co., where extensive experience in managing large-scale software development projects was gained. Academic credentials include a BS in Accounting from St. John's University and completion of strategic leadership programs at Harvard Business School and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

The YMCA of Metro Atlanta is an association of volunteers, members and staff, open to and serving all, with programs and services which build spirit, mind, and body. We serve more than 300,000 individuals with 21 full facilities, six additional program only sites and four childcare locations. The Y provides more than $5.5 million annually in financial assistance to support more than 25,000 youth, teens and families. The Y offers programs that serve kids, adults and families at all stages of life.
