Tayyeba Steele-Hassan has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Tayyeba began their career as an Analyst Programmer at Kimberly-Clark in 1988 and worked there until 2000. Tayyeba then joined The Home Depot as a Senior Systems Engineer and held that position for eight years. In 2009, they joined the U.S. Census Bureau as an IT Specialist, providing level 2 support for the 2010 Census project. Tayyeba joined WIPRO in 2011 as a Technical Business Analyst, working on an Enterprise Web-based Trade Promotions Solution application. Tayyeba stayed with WIPRO until 2016, when they joined the YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta. At YMCA, they held various roles including IT Business Analyst, Business Analyst Project Management, and currently, they serve as the Director of IT Service Delivery. Tayyeba has a strong background in technology and business analysis, with experience in project management and providing support to multiple branches and stakeholders.
Tayyeba Steele-Hassan earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Georgia State University. Currently, they are pursuing an ITIL Foundation Certificate at Kennesaw State University. Tayyeba has also obtained additional certifications in ITIL Foundation 4 First Look from LinkedIn and CAPM and ITIL Foundation Level from PMI and AXELOS Global Best Practice, respectively. Additionally, they have completed a PMP Certificate program at Kennesaw State University.
