Leila Wright

Leila Wright has over 16 years of experience in non-profit executive roles with a focus on fundraising, board management, sports and recreation, and operations management. Leila has held various leadership positions in program operations, youth development, and aquatic departments. Leila is skilled in board development, program management, staff recruitment, and supervision. Leila currently serves as the Aquatic Director at NORTH SHORE UNITED SOCCER CLUB INC and previously held roles at YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee. Leila holds a B.A. in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Administration from Western Illinois University.
