Stephanie Hernandez Gayfield

Stephanie Hernandez Gayfield is an experienced education professional with a strong background in early childhood education, currently serving as the Director of Early Childhood Education at the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee since September 2015. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked as a Recreation Supervisor for Milwaukee Public Schools from January 2014 to August 2022 and held the position of Program Director at the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee from May 2000 to December 2013. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completing studies from 1999 to 2005.
