Becky Lyons

Becky Lyons serves as the Senior Program Director at the YMCA of Middle Tennessee since April 2024, previously holding the same title at the organization from July 2011 to October 2019. Between these roles, Becky worked as the Pool and Member Events Director at Hillwood Country Club from October 2019 to February 2024, where responsibilities included planning and managing large member events and overseeing P&L data. Earlier experience includes managing specials and marketing at Quiznos from June 2006 to July 2011 and directing school age programs and day camps at the YMCA from 2004 to 2006. Becky holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Management/Health & Human Performance from Austin Peay State University, completed in 2004, along with earlier education at Tallahassee State College.
